In the first deal he dissected, he bought the contract for $60, 000 and was able to sell it for $110, 000. That’s a staggering $50, 000 in assignment fee. The second deal he shared was even more profitable. He bought the contract for $90, 000 and was able to sell it for $161, 000.   2. Schedule a time to read at least 10 pages every day (it’s a small number of pages, but the habit will have a big impact)
  3. Highlight the most interesting or important parts
